WLAN Developer

Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wireless Driver Developer with a strong focus on 802.11ac or 11ax technologies. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining wireless drivers for networking products. This role requires deep expertise in C programming, Linux kernel programming, and device drivers, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities :Wireless Driver Development :

• Design, develop, and maintain wireless drivers for 802.11ac or 11ax standards.
• Implement and optimize wireless networking protocols and functionalities.
• Debug and resolve complex issues related to wireless drivers.
• Develop and maintain documentation for driver design and implementation.

Networking Product Development :

• Contribute to the development of networking products by providing expertise in wireless driver implementation.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate wireless drivers into networking devices.
• Participate in testing and validation of wireless functionality.

Linux Kernel and Device Drivers :

• Develop and maintain Linux kernel modules and device drivers.
• Implement and optimize kernel-level functionalities for wireless communication.
• Work with kernel debugging tools and techniques.Atheros/Qualcomm Driver Expertise (Advantage) :
• Leverage hands-on expertise in Atheros/Qualcomm wireless drivers.
• Optimize and customize drivers for specific hardware platforms.
• Contribute to the development of driver enhancements and features.

C Programming and Data Structures :

• Write efficient and maintainable C code for wireless drivers.
• Utilize data structures and algorithms to optimize driver performance.
• Adhere to coding standards and best practices.

Problem Solving and Debugging :

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to wireless drivers.
• Utilize debugging tools and techniques to identify and fix software defects.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Communication and Collaboration :

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Document technical specifications and design decisions.

Qualifications :Experience :

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in wireless driver development ac or 11ax).
• Networking Products : Experience working on networking products.
• C Programming : Strong proficiency in C programming.
• Data Structures : Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Linux Kernel : Strong familiarity with Linux kernel programming and device drivers.
• Debugging Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Communication : Good written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Atheros/Qualcomm Drivers : Hands-on expertise in Atheros/Qualcomm wireless drivers.
• Networking Protocols : Deep understanding of wireless networking protocols
