GMP Executive

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting work quality, coordinating assignments, and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.

2. Inspect rooms, work areas, and public spaces to ensure cleanliness standards.

3. Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, and safety.

4. Ensure proper use, storage, and availability of cleaning materials and equipment.

5. Handle guest or employee complaints related to housekeeping.

6. Enforce safety, sanitation, and company policies.

7. Maintain housekeeping records, and reports.

Skills & Qualifications

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in hospitality preferred.

· Experience: 1–3 years in housekeeping; prior supervisory experience preferred.

· Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and procedures.

· Strong leadership and organizational skills.

· Good communication skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
