The platform offers solutions for society management, including visitor control, financial management, and a marketplace for services such as property rentals and home maintenance. With recent funding from Google, the platform is expanding its impact and operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inventory Internship role located in Mumbai and Noida. The intern will be responsible for assisting in various inventory-related tasks including physical inventory checks, maintaining inventory controls, and managing inventory systems. The role also requires effective communication with different stakeholders and providing excellent customer service to society users and other partners. The intern will work closely with the operations and management teams to ensure streamlined processes and a high standard of service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Record and monitor the inward and outward movement of devices (laptops, mobiles, tablets).
  • Track allocation and return of devices through inventory software.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain updated records.
  • Use Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts) to prepare and analyze inventory data.
  • Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports for management.
  • Ensure safe handling, proper storage, and accountability of devices.
  • Coordinate with teams (HR, IT, Admin) for device issuance, replacement, or requirements.
  • Must be an MBA or BBA Supply Chain and Logistics graduate or pursuing final years are eligible to apply for this role
