Job Summary

We are seeking a supportive and enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to help create a safe, engaging, and effective learning environment. The Assistant Teacher will work under the guidance of the Class Teacher to support lesson delivery, manage classroom activities, and nurture the holistic growth of students.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the main/class teacher in planning and conducting daily lessons and activities.
• Provide individual attention and support to students as needed.
• Help in maintaining discipline, order, and safety in the classroom.
• Prepare and organize teaching materials, learning aids, and classroom resources.
• Support in conducting assessments, maintaining student records, and sharing feedback.
• Assist in supervising students during classroom activities, lunch breaks, and school events.
• Foster an environment of care, respect, and positive behavior.
• Communicate effectively with the class teacher, parents, and school staff regarding student needs.
• Participate actively in school programs, workshops, and celebrations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate (preferably with a Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood or Primary Education).
• Prior teaching/assistant teaching experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and child-friendly attitude.
• Ability to support creative and activity-based teaching.
• Organizational skills and a proactive approach.
