About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and drive CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch performance, building customer relationships, growing the CASA portfolio, and leading a high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead branch operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.
  • Drive acquisition and portfolio growth of CASA products through direct sales and team efforts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual CASA targets set by the organization.
  • Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct regular customer engagement activities and promotional campaigns.
  • Train, guide, and motivate the branch team to deliver high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal banking guidelines.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and generate regular reports.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and grievance redressal.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 58 years of experience in retail banking with at least 2–3 years in CASA acquisition and team leadership.

  • Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CASA products and branch banking operations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Good understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
