Company Overview:

Aayushka Assisted Living is a premium elder care facility offering 24/7 medical and lifestyle support for senior citizens. We currently operate in Velachery and Pammal, Chennai.

Job Role:

We're looking for a persuasive and compassionate Sales Caller who will handle inbound/outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into scheduled walk-ins or admissions.

Responsibilities:

  • Call leads from Google Ads, website, and referrals
  • Explain Aayushka's services (elder care, medical support, etc.)
  • Address queries and build rapport with families
  • Schedule facility tours and maintain call logs in Zoho CRM
  • Meet weekly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication in Tamil and English
  • 1+ year experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
  • Familiar with CRMs or Excel
  • Empathetic, confident, and goal-driven

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare, elder care, or hospitality sectors
  • Working knowledge of CRM
