1. Attendance & Leave Management On-roll Employees:

Generate monthly attendance reports via biometric systems.

Cross-check data with manual registers and get necessary approvals for out-duties.

Update and maintain attendance in standard Excel format (D-Mart specific).

Ensure accurate update of Week Offs, LWPs, PLs, Comp Offs in ESS/MSS.

2. Attendance & Leave Management 3P & Contractual Staff:

Generate and verify attendance using biometrics and manual logs.

Maintain leave tracker and share verified attendance with vendor partners.

3. Vendor Bill Checking:

Validate vendor bills by verifying parameters such as attendance, gross salary, deductions, vendor margin, and invoice totals.

Coordinate with vendors for bill rectifications if necessary.

4. Joining Formalities:

Collect and verify joining kits, statutory documents, and identity proofs.

Ensure issuance of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and ID Cards.

Enroll all new employees in biometric attendance systems (including 3P, Mathadi, Labour).

5. Salary Account Opening & Payroll Support:

Coordinate with RM & FM for attendance approval and payroll submission.

Ensure timely payroll processing and distribution of salary slips to all employees.

6. Employee Record Maintenance:

Maintain hardcopy files and digitized records for all employees.

Maintain comprehensive Excel tracker with employment and personal data.

7. Employee Grievance Handling:

Address and resolve employee grievances in coordination with RM, FM, and functional heads.

Track and support employee transfers, ensuring formalities are completed.

8. Statutory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, P-Tax, LWF and coordinate with consultants.

Maintain required registers, displays, and notices under Labour Law regulations.

9. Recruitment & Manpower Management:

Coordinate with departments for on-roll recruitment needs.

Liaise with vendors to complete hiring for 3P manpower.

10. FSSAI & Housekeeping Supervision:

Supervise hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness across the facility.

Ensure:

Medical fitness certificates are submitted before hiring.

Employees wear hair nets on the shop floor.

Proper grooming and hygiene protocols are followed.

11. Induction:

Conduct induction sessions to brief new joiners on policies, SOPs, and code of conduct."
