Overview: The Valuations Coordinator - Broker Price Opinion (BPO) plays a crucial role in facilitating and coordinating the BPO process for real estate valuations. They are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of BPO reports, liaising with agents and clients, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the BPO process from initiation to completion.
  • Review BPO orders and assign them to agents based on their expertise and location.
  • Monitor and track the progress of BPO reports to meet set deadlines.
  • Communicate and collaborate with agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary property information.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of BPO reports before submission to clients.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues in BPO reports and take necessary corrective actions.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and guidelines related to property valuations.
  • Provide support in resolving valuation-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Prepare regular status updates and reports on the BPO process.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality of BPO services.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in real estate valuation, BPO coordination, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with BPO software and tools for managing valuation processes.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple BPO orders concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining data accuracy and report quality.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for property valuations.
  • Problem-solving skills to address valuation discrepancies and issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related productivity tools.
