Role & responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
  • Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to engineering standards and codes.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for timely execution.

Contractual & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Support contract administration including compliance checks, billing, and documentation.
  • Prepare RA bills, subcontractor bills, and bar bending schedules.

Design & Planning

  • Interpret and implement engineering drawings and plans.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and material estimations.
  • Collaborate with design teams to resolve technical issues.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain safety standards.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily progress reports and update project stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
  • 2–5 years of experience in site execution or contract engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering tools.
