Software Development Engineer – GuideWire Integration

Project Role Description:

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work.

Summary:

As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, and testing application components. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in GuideWire Integration
  • Collaborate with and manage the team to achieve project goals
  • Take ownership of team-level decisions and deliverables
  • Engage with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions and problem-solving
  • Provide solutions for technical challenges within and across teams
  • Lead team meetings to track progress and address challenges
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in GuideWire Integration
  • Strong understanding of API integration and data mapping
  • Experience with cloud-based integration platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Java programming language
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies in software development

Additional Information:

  • Hyderabad & Bangalore: Minimum 7.5 years in GuideWire Integration
  • Chennai: 3 – 4 years in GuideWire Integration
