Experience: Minimum 4 years in Field Sales or Hospitality Sales
Preferred Background: Hospitality, OYO / Treebo / FabHotels, or Hospitality Tech
Work Mode: Full-time, Onsite (City-specific)
About the Role
SaasAro is hiring Field Executives (FOS) to drive on-ground property acquisition, local business development, and relationship management across Rishikesh, Jaipur, and Goa. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong communication, negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the local hospitality ecosystem.
Note: This role is open only to candidates currently based in Rishikesh, Jaipur, or Goa due to operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and onboard new partner properties
• Conduct structured on-ground sales pitches and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel/property owners
• Manage end-to-end property onboarding
• Represent SaasAro on-ground in the assigned city
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth activation and support
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of field sales experience
• Strong preference for hospitality / OTA / hospitality-tech experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Local market knowledge of Rishikesh / Jaipur / Goa
• Willingness to travel within the city
• Graduate degree required
