We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented
Assistant Manager
to join our
Performance Marketing
team. This role is perfect for a digital marketing specialist with
4-7 years
of hands-on experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in executing and optimizing paid campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
to drive high-quality
B2B leads
for our
SaaS products and BPO services.
You will work under the guidance of the Performance Marketing Manager to help achieve ambitious growth targets and ROI objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Management:
Assist in the development, setup, and day-to-day management of performance marketing campaigns across key channels:
Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn. - B2B Lead Generation Support:
Execute strategies designed to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for SaaS demos, free trials, and BPO service consultations. - Campaign Optimization:
Monitor campaign performance daily. Conduct keyword research, adjust bids, refine audience targeting, and pause underperforming ads to improve KPIs such as CPC, CTR, and CPL. - Ad Development:
Collaborate with the creative team to brief and develop compelling ad copies and creatives that are aligned with channel best practices and audience personas. - Reporting & Analysis:
Track, measure, and report on all campaign performance. Help prepare weekly and monthly reports with data-driven insights and preliminary recommendations for senior management. - A/B Testing:
Execute A/B tests on ad variations, landing pages, and audience segments to identify winning strategies and improve conversion rates. - Audience Building:
Assist in building and managing detailed audience lists for targeting and remarketing campaigns across all platforms. - Conversion Tracking:
Help implement and validate tracking pixels (Meta, LinkedIn) and Google Tags via
Google Tag Manager
to ensure accurate conversion data. - Budget Monitoring: Help monitor campaign budgets and spending pace to ensure efficient allocation and prevent overspending.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience:
4-7 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns. - Platform Proficiency:
Strong practical experience in managing campaigns within at least two of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager. A willingness to master all three is essential. - Industry Exposure:
Experience or a strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, preferably within SaaS, IT, or BPO industries. - Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4). Must be comfortable working with data to draw insights. - Learning Mindset
: A proactive approach to learning new platforms, tools, and strategies in the evolving digital marketing space. - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Relevant certifications in
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing. - Basic understanding of CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and how they integrate with marketing efforts.
- Familiarity with the concepts of
Account-Based Marketing (ABM). - Experience with landing page optimization tools like
Unbounce or Leadpages.
