Job Description: The Automation System and Technology team is dedicated to designing intuitive and amazing environment that enable employees to interact effortlessly and enjoyably with automation devices. It serves all functions for warehouse workers like inbound and outbound, stowing, picking, rebinning and so on, any area that can integrate with the modern automation devices and improve the efficiency is our target. Our front-end engineers optimize the user experince for operational journeys to deliver a fully integrated and exceptional automation experience.  What You Will Do Develop features to improve warehouse and fulfillment centers technologies and client applications related with automation operations. Collaborate closely with the Operations and Product team to understand key business needs and ideate best User Experience and User Interface. Effectively collaborate with other teams.  Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative discipline: computer science, informatics, IT, HCI, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in building end-to-end android mobile applications.
  • Strong coding skills in Android development with Kotlin and Java
  • Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and MVVM architecture
  • Experience with RxJava for reactive programming
  • Familiarity with Clean Architecture principles and best practices
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in business and technology.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, cross functional team.

Preferred Qualification

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in building and owning production-grade client backend for frontend/mobile (BFF) APIs/services in REST, gRPC or GraphQL.
  • Experience with Clean Architecture, with a focus on building, scalable, maintainable, and extensible systems.
  • Proficiency in modern Android development tools, frameworks, and best practices
  • Experience in one of the domains: e-commerce, UX/UI, internal tools, supply chains, transportation or logistics.
