Conti/Pantry-Commis II

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis II to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Prepare and cook various food items, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis II or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
