We are urgently hiring for our Sister concern company "Smartware Technologies" _ Enterprise Sales Manager B2B (Telecom & Internet Services) for Pune Location.
Exp: 3 to 8 Yrs
Salary : 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead B2B and revenue growth in the telecom and internet services space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enterprise sales in connectivity solutions, broadband, leased lines, MPLS, SD-WAN, voice, and other telecom/ICT products. This role requires strong solution-selling capabilities, client management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the enterprise segment (mid-market to large corporates).
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement) in target accounts.
- Promote and sell enterprise telecom products such as Dedicated Internet Leased Lines, MPLS, VPNs, PRI/VoIP, SD-WAN, Cloud Connectivity, and managed services.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their business and technical requirements.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Product, Network, Delivery, and Customer Support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline, forecasts, and activities using CRM tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in Business, Engineering, or IT). MBA is a plus.
- 38 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in telecom, ISP, ICT, or managed network services.
- Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure and enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office suite.
- Strong network and relationships in the enterprise and corporate segment are highly desirable.
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Telecom Operators (e.g., Airtel, Jio, Vodafone Idea)
- Internet Service Providers (e.g., Spectra, ACT, Tata Communications)
- Managed Service Providers, ICT/Cloud companies (e.g., Cisco, NTT, Sify, etc.)
