Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • . Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, emails, intranet posts, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Communications Specialist and Design Team to support execution of communication plans.
  • Help manage and update internal communication channels (Intranet, Teams, internal newsletters).
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across communication platforms.
  • Support in collecting information, stories, and content from different stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating templates, layouts, and structured communication formats.
  • Track communication effectiveness through engagement metrics and feedback.
  • Maintain communication calendars and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (fresher) with a degree or in the last year of Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Creative and collaborative mindset with an interest in content creation and communication strategies.
  • Basic experience with MS Office is preferred.
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva/Adobe) is a plus
