Job Overview

Suba Solutions is seeking a dedicated Junior Welder to join our team on a full-time basis in Coimbatore. As a Welder, you will work on a range of projects, contributing to our exceptional industrial machinery manufacturing processes. While no prior experience is necessary, candidates should be eager to learn and grow within our dynamic environment, playing a critical role in our production and development activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • MIG Welding (Mandatory skill) is required for this position as it is crucial for joining metal components efficiently.
  • Arc Welding (Mandatory skill) expertise is essential to perform tasks related to metal fusion effectively.
  • A strong aptitude for fabrication work is necessary to build components according to specified designs.
  • Proficiency in grinding is necessary for smoothing surfaces and ensuring the integrity of completed welds.
  • An understanding of technical drawings is required to interpret and execute component blueprints accurately.
  • Attention to detail is essential in detecting imperfections and ensuring high-quality output in all projects.
  • Problem-solving skills are valuable in addressing challenges encountered during the welding process efficiently.
