Job Summary

Astrome Technologies is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates Astrome's cutting-edge innovations in wireless communication and space technology. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and produce high-quality corporate brochures, datasheets and other marketing collateral.

● Develop eye-catching backgrounds and visual assets for exhibition stalls and events.

● Create customized images, diagrams, and infographics for technical presentations, proposals (like those for the Indian Army and Navy), and internal communications.

● Design and maintain visual consistency across all branding materials, including website graphics, social media content and email templates.

● Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing and business development teams to understand design requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

● Ensure all designs align with Astrome's brand guidelines and strategic messaging.

● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

● Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.

● Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

● A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work, with a focus on clean, professional and impactful visuals.

● Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and visual hierarchy.

● Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and incorporate feedback.

● Ability to work on Linux systems.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Experience working within the wireless communication, aerospace, defence or technology industries is an advantage .

● Familiarity with 3D rendering software or motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.

● Experience with UI/UX design principles for digital platforms.
