Job Description:

We are hiring skilled and experienced Senior AR Callers to join our growing team. The role involves handling U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) tasks, focusing on Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, resolving claim denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement. Candidates should be proficient in communicating with insurance companies, analyzing claim issues, and taking appropriate actions to guarantee claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check claim status and take required action.
  • Resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments effectively.
  • Review unpaid and pending claims to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Document all call actions and outcomes accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper and timely claim submissions.
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in U.S. Medical Billing (AR Calling).
  • Strong understanding of AR follow-up, denials, appeals, and claim resolution.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of EMR/PM systems is an added advantage.

Schedule & Benefits:
