Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and reports using QlikView and Qlik Sense.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Develop data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Optimize dashboard performance and enhance data visualization standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BI solutions with existing systems.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all reporting layers.
• Create documentation for BI solutions and provide user training/support when needed.
• Stay updated with the latest Qlik features, BI trends, and visualization best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Qlik Sense / QlikView dashboard development.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, SQL, and data visualization techniques.
• Proficient in scripting, set analysis, section access, and performance tuning in Qlik.
• Experience with ETL tools and data warehouse concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client interaction abilities.

Good To Have

• Experience in other BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
