Good to Have Skills :

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Event Management module, including configuration and integration
o Strong development experience in Workflows, Sub-flows, Flow Designer, and process integrations
o Familiarity with third-party monitoring and alerting tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk or similar platforms
o Experience with Regex, Java Script, PowerShell, Python, and/or Linux scripting, and RESTful API
o Proficiency in configuring event correlation, alerting workflows, and incident generation within ServiceNow

Roles and Responsibilities :

Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience implementing event-driven incident management processes
o Selected candidate is expected to work on US Eastern Time zone
o Provide weekend prod implementation, upgrade validation support, on-call support as required
o Customer focus: Commitment to delivering value to customers and ensuring their requirements are met
