Key Responsibilities:Job ResponsibilitiesExperience in the following areasDeveloping and implementing compliance program including drafting of policies and processes defining and implementation of system controls and monitoring the program for continual improvementsConduct or oversee compliance training and education including formal training sessions to informal one on one instructions internal compliance related mailersPerform intra departmental interviews with key stakeholders involved in high risk processes to verify compliance with established processes and applicable legislationsPropose and monitor risk mitigation plans identified during process reviewImplement and manage subsidiary compliance programAdvisory to internal stakeholders on applicable regulatory mandatesSupporting the build of Tone and culture of the organization in line with requirement of CIPPolicy drafting and administration of Code of Conduct and EthicsRequired skillsExperience in providing Trainings on Compliance related topics and developing and implementing web based modules for trainingsExtensive report development experience and policy and procedure development experience in a multinational corporationExperience in public speaking and business presentationKnowledge of IT industry regulatory standards including Anti Corruption Anti Trust Trade Controls Immigration lawsIndependent project managementExcellent analytical communication skillsAcceptability to innovative approachHandling change managementPreferred Skills:Foundational->Program Management->Legal and Contractual compliance
