About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced
Lead Front-End Engineer
to join our
AI Division
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux
, and modern front-end architecture. You will lead the design and development of intuitive, scalable, and performance-driven interfaces for AI-powered products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    design, development, and maintenance
    of front-end applications for AI-driven platforms.
  • Build
    responsive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces
    using and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with
    product managers, backend engineers, and data scientists
    to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Translate
    UX/UI designs
    into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.
  • Ensure
    cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
    , adhering to accessibility (WCAG/ARIA) standards.
  • Implement
    best practices
    for performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Drive
    front-end architecture and technology decisions
    across multiple projects.
  • Mentor and guide
    junior engineers
    , establish
    coding standards
    , and conduct
    code reviews
    .
  • Stay updated with the
    latest trends
    and advancements in front-end and web technologies.

Required Qualifications
Educational:

  • Bachelor's degree
    with at least
    7 years
    of experience, or
  • Master's degree
    with at least
    4 years
    of experience in
    Computer Science, Software Engineering
    , or a related field.

Technical Skills

  • Proven expertise in

    ,
    JavaScript
    , and
    TypeScript
    .
  • Experience building
    large-scale front-end applications
    with reusable, modular components.
  • Strong knowledge of
    state management frameworks
    (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
  • Familiarity with
    RESTful APIs

    , and integration with backend/AI services.
  • Proficiency with
    front-end build tools
    and
    CI/CD pipelines
    (Webpack, Vite, Babel, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Solid understanding of

    .
  • Experience with modern
    UI libraries/frameworks
    (Material-UI, TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui).

    containerized environments
    (Docker) is a plus.
  • Understanding of
