About the Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and partners.
Understand client needs and business objectives.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure project dilivary .
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to grow accounts.
Achieve sales targets in partnership with the sales and contribute to overall company revenue.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of existing clients and nurture ongoing relationships.
Conduct perodic meetings with clients to review account performance and address concerns.
Develop strategic account plans to maximize revenue and client retention.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to meet client needs.
Monitor account metrics and sales performance, providing reports to management.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Seek feedback from clients to improve products/services and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
At least 15+ yrs of relevant payment experience
Should have contacts within key banks and Fintechs in the region
Should be from Mobile Payments/PG/ Prepaid/ background and should have done $ 1-2 million target.
They should have platform sales for 1 of the domains of biz (exp for 5yrs)
Deep exposure in cross selling products to cleints based on the business needs
Discipline in managing the existing customers
