We are urgently hiring a high-performing Marketing Executive / Sales Representative with 3–5 years of proven experience in FMCG product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates from the FMCG category will be given top preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Market Development: Identify potential customers, distributors, and retail channels to expand the brand's reach.
  • Product Promotion: Effectively promote FMCG products through B2B and retail sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and trade partners.
  • Market Feedback: Collect and report insights on competitors, pricing, and market trends.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at trade meets, retail visits, and promotional events.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG product sales (B2B / retail).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with local markets in Hyderabad and nearby regions.
  • Must be comfortable with fieldwork and frequent client interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹36,684.30 per month
