Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 0-3 year of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, optimizing online presence, and driving engagement through various digital channels. The ideal candidate should be familiar with a variety of digital marketing platforms and tools to help drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

·       SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for SEO, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and manage SEM campaigns to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

·       Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content (articles, blogs, social media posts, and ad copy) that resonates with the target audience and promotes the brand.

·       Social Media Marketing: Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms, monitor social media trends, and engage with the community to enhance brand presence.

·       Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segment email lists, and analyze performance metrics to improve results.

·       Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools.

·       A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, email campaigns, and ads to optimize performance.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and the effective execution of campaigns.

Required Skills:

·       Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.

·       Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

·       Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant platforms.

·       Ability to create and manage content across different digital channels.

·       Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

·       Detail-oriented and data-driven, with the ability to analyze and report campaign results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Certifications:

·       Google Ads Certification (Fundamentals, Search, Display).

·       Google Analytics Certification.

·       HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification.

·       Facebook Blueprint Certification (preferred).

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
