Job Title: Machine Operator

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Reports To: Production Supervisor / Line In-Charge

Job Purpose:

To efficiently operate and maintain production machinery used in food or beverage manufacturing, ensuring smooth operations, quality output, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation & Maintenance

  • Operate filling, packaging, labeling, or processing machines as per production plan.
  • Start, stop, and adjust machine settings to maintain proper operation.
  • Conduct routine checks and basic preventive maintenance of assigned machines.
  • Report mechanical issues or breakdowns promptly to the maintenance team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG / Food / Beverage manufacturing.
  • Basic understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
  • Physically fit, attentive to detail, and comfortable with shift operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹144, ₹168,000.00 per year
