Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Safe Invest Realty, a renowned real estate consultancy firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  3. Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.

  4. Team Management:

  5. Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

  6. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to team members.

  7. Client Relationship Management:

  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  9. Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to close deals.

  10. Sales Performance:

  11. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  12. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.

  13. Collaboration and Communication:

  14. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service.

  15. Communicate sales progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

  2. Skills:

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  4. Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.

  5. Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.

  6. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

  7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
