Role & responsibilities :

Role: Workday Integration Consultant

Responsibility:

  • Lead discovery and design workshops with clients to gather requirements for Workday integrations.
  • Assist in planning and estimating Workday integration implementations.
  • Configure Workday tenant and develop integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB.
  • Perform unit testing and provide support for end-user testing activities, including defect resolution.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions to the client team.
  • Provide guidance and support to end customers and internal consultants during Plan, Architect & Configure, Test, Deploy, and Hypercare stages.
  • Ensure smooth deployment of Workday integrations and support post-production activities.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to support Workday Delivery Assurance and internal QA checkpoints.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday integrations.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, best practices, and timelines.
