Financial planning and strategy: including long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Financial reporting: ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. This entails preparing financial statements, regulatory compliance, and communicating financial results.

Financial analysis: conducting financial analysis to provide insights into the division's performance, profitability, and efficiency, including assessing the financial impact of business decisions.

Capex controlling inter-alia including cost-benefit analysis, Payback/NPV/IRR monitoring, Project financials monitoring and reporting inter-alia IRR tracking on minimum quarterly basis.

Compliance and governance: ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal governance policies, including implementing and maintaining effective internal controls.

Business Partnership : Strategic planning on pricing, costing and processes. Person should be conversant with B-2-G business

Using tracking tools to monitor the performance of business operations.

Leverage technology including SAP/ other tools to bring efficiency, controls and timely reporting

Provide leadership and guidance to other members of the finance team.

Scan the economic and financial external environment to interpret and advise management the changes and their impact on the organizational plans and operations.

Risk Analysis and manage mitigation plans including insurances
