We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Interior Designer to lead and manage our design team. The ideal candidate will bring over 8 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of space planning and materials, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. You will play a critical role in developing innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling interior environments for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the interior design team through all phases of the design process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Oversee all design stages from initial concept through to final completion.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Conduct research and resolve technical design issues to support concept development.
  • Create and present compelling design proposals and presentations.
  • Select and specify furniture, materials, décor, and finishes within project budgets.
  • Conduct on-site visits and provide actionable recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure designs align with both functional requirements and aesthetic goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new materials to incorporate innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in interior design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; additional software knowledge (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of furniture systems, finishes, materials, and space planning principles.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a design team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
