Manager, Analytical Writing

We are currently seeking a Manager, Analytical Writing to join our diverse and dynamic team. As the Manager of Analytical Writing at ICON, you will manage a team of writers in creating high-quality, data-forward reports and documentation to support clinical research and regulatory submissions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all written content is accurate, clear, and aligned with regulatory standards, helping to drive the success of clinical trials and product approvals.

• Driving and managing a team of analytical writers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the production of high-quality reports and documentation.
• Overseeing the creation of clinical trial reports, regulatory submissions, and other scientific documentation that clearly presents complex data and findings.
• Collaborating with clinical, regulatory, and data management teams to ensure alignment of written content with project goals and regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing and editing reports for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
• Implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of analytical writing across the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in analytical writing, scientific documentation, or medical writing, with management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical research processes, including familiarity with ICH and FDA guidelines.
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to oversee a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
