- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific commerce challenges.

  1. Technical Skills:

- SCAPI (Salesforce Commerce API): Proficiency in using SCAPI for integrations and extensions.

- Storefront Customization: Skills in customizing storefronts, UI, and UX.

- Integration Capabilities: Experience integrating Commerce Cloud with other systems (Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, ERP).

  1. Consulting and Problem-Solving:

- Business Analysis: Ability to analyze business needs and map to Commerce Cloud solutions.

- Solution Design: Designing effective commerce solutions aligned with business goals.

- Problem-Solving: Addressing commerce challenges and finding practical solutions.

  1. Customer Experience Focus:

- Personalization: Understanding how to deliver personalized commerce experiences.

  1. Relevant Certifications- Salesforce Certified Commerce Cloud Developer
