Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and collaborating with influencers, managing influencer campaigns, tracking and analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring campaigns align with overall marketing goals. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with influencers and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscapes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate reports
  • Knowledge of brand management and digital marketing techniques
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the aviation, aerospace, or defense industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
