This role requires strong expertise in business writing, analytical storytelling, and presentation development (70%), along with a solid understanding of data analysis and dashboard creation (30%) using tools such as Excel and Power BI. You will play a vital role in JLL's commitment to delivering transformative real estate solutions by translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights that support executive decision-making and drive continuous improvement across our facilities management operations.What your day-to-day will look like:Develop and publish leadership-level documents including Facilities MBRs, QBRs, white papers, and executive summariesTranslate operational data and metrics into clear, brief, and visually engaging reports for executive audiencesDraft case studies, process improvement papers, and project closure documents while collaborating with cross-functional teamsGather qualitative and quantitative data inputs from various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive reportingDevelop and maintain Excel-based dashboards to track facilities budgets, project progress, and operational trendsPerform data validation, analysis, and visualization for leadership reporting while providing insights and recommendationsMaintain an archive of reports, templates, and dashboards for internal reference and audit purposes.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Facilities Management, or related field3-4 years of experience in facilities reporting, business analytics, or operations documentationStrong proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight reporting timelinesAbility to convert technical and operational data into executive-level summaries and actionable insightsStrong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple deliverables and stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with storytelling approach to data presentation and executive communication.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or TableauBackground in facilities management operations and understanding of industry metrics and KPIsExperience supporting automation and enhancement of recurring reports and metrics trackingDetail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative working style with comfort in fast-paced, data-driven environmentsProject management experience with ability to coordinate cross-functional data collection effortsExperience with corporate communication standards and executive-level document preparationKnowledge of process improvement methodologies and change management documentation.Location: OnsiteAt JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees.
