Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients after onboarding.
· Review existing portfolios and provide expert recommendations for better financial outcomes.
· Present research reports, mutual fund updates, and life and health insurance services.
· Getting the execution of MF, Health Insurance with help of BO team
· Collaborate with internal teams, including research and advisory, to develop well-rounded financial strategies.
· Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring top-tier service and client satisfaction.
· Address client concerns, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities to enhance services.
· Updating the CRM on daily basis
Qualification & Skills:
· Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
· Analytical mindset to assess client needs, analyze market trends, and offer strategic financial solutions.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and achieve targets.
· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (MBA in Finance preferred). CFP certification is a plus.
Years of Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Freshers with a passion for financial services are welcome to apply
