Job Description:

We are looking for a Simulation Engineer – Strength to perform Operational Safety and Fatigue Assessment of engine components, tools, and systems using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) under various mechanical and thermal loading conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform FEA-based safety and fatigue analysis of engine components.
• Conduct pre-processing, solving, and post-processing of models (mesh generation, simulation, result validation).
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and result presentations.
• Optimize designs based on simulation outcomes to enhance mechanical safety.
• Collaborate with design engineers and product teams to ensure robust results.
• Support method development and process improvement activities.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 4–6 years (Bachelor's) / 3–5 years (Master's) experience in FE Analysis related to IC engines.
• Strong expertise in ANSYS Mechanical or equivalent FEA tools.
• Knowledge of fatigue assessment, deformation, stress & thermal analysis.
• Understanding of FKM fatigue guideline (preferred).

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
