Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a National Sales Manager (NSM) focusing on dermal fillers. The NSM will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, driving business growth, conducting market research, managing the sales team, and building relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include creating sales plans, setting targets, analyzing sales data, training and mentoring sales staff, and staying current with industry trends and developments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and business development
• Strong understanding of dermal fillers and cosmetic dermatology products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team
• Analytical skills for market research and sales data analysis
• Main qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Additional beneficial qualifications: Knowledge of medical aesthetics industry, experience with CRM software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
