Job Title: Senior Software Developer / Engineer
Department: New Product Development
Location: Pune
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Developer / Engineer to lead and mentor a team in designing, developing, and enhancing high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with C++, C# .Net, and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Agile development, and database management (MS SQL Server).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the development team with hands-on coding and problem-solving
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications
- Provide technical direction and ensure best coding practices
- Participate in production support, testing, and debugging
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in C++, C# .Net, and Visual Studio
- Experience with relational databases and stored procedures
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in server-based gaming or mobile game development
- Microsoft development certifications
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,800, ₹2,900,000.00 per year
