About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Teamlead- .NET Developer to join our high-performing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in C# and .NET technologies, with strong back-end development capabilities. Experience in GoLang is an added advantage. If you have a passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and collaborating with global teams, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work closely with Product Owners, BAs, and senior management to thoroughly understand product requirements.

· Break down complex user stories into manageable tasks for successful sprint delivery.

· Estimate effort and complexity for tasks to support accurate sprint planning.

· Develop, test, and maintain C#/.NET-based applications in a microservices architecture.

· Write clean, maintainable, and unit-tested code that adheres to coding standards and best practices.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

· Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

· Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project delivery and sprint success.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Strong command over C# and .NET technologies

· Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs within a microservices ecosystem

· Full-stack experience (preferably with frontend frameworks) is a plus

· Deep understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns

· Familiarity with NoSQL databases (especially MongoDB) and writing optimized queries

· Exposure to agile/scrum development methodologies

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to engage with global stakeholders

· Experience with GoLang is a strong plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
