Data Entry Operator/ Office Assistant

Role & responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in systems and records.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Maintain digital and physical files and documentation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
- Prepare basic reports, letters, and office documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and office coordination.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline (commerce or computer background preferred).
- 03 years of experience in data entry, office assistance, or administrative roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Basic communication skills in English and local/regional language.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Honest, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to support overall office and administrative work.
