About the Role

We are looking for passionate and energetic freshers to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about digital marketing, have strong communication skills, and preferably have some hands-on exposure or internship experience in this domain. This role offers real-time learning and a structured career growth path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Paid Ads, Content, Email Marketing).
  • Conduct research and analyze market trends to improve campaign performance.
  • Support in creating and optimizing content for various digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing professionals and other internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Strong passion for digital marketing and eagerness to build a long-term career in this field.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience through internships or academic projects in digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media, or Analytics will be an added advantage.
  • Creative, quick learner with problem-solving ability.

Eligibility

Fresh BBA / MBA graduates or final-year students.

Candidates with prior internship or practical exposure in digital marketing will be highly preferred.

Compensation & Designation:-

Stipend (Training Period): ₹15,000 per month

On successful completion of training and BBA/MBA, and based on their performance, candidates will be confirmed as full-time employees with salary revision.

Contract length: 9-10 months

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
