Are you passionate about US taxation and love working with numbers that tell stories?

We're looking for experienced US Tax Preparers and Accountants to join our expanding international accounting team at Financial Crest — a cross-border advisory firm serving clients across the US, India, and the UAE.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and review US Federal and State tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, 1065, etc.)
  • Handle Form 5472, BOI filings, and franchise tax returns
  • Support bookkeeping and financial reporting using QuickBooks Online / Desktop
  • Liaise with clients across multiple time zones and ensure smooth communication and compliance
  • Stay updated on IRS, State, and FATCA regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in US tax preparation or accounting
  • Solid understanding of QuickBooks and basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Drake / ProConnect / TaxDome / Canopy is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
