Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities- Meet and exceed business goals/targets in various products (e.g., Loans and Insurance, bundled/non-bundled) through lead fulfillment and field activity on existing database.
- Manage, control, and own all channel businesses.
- Recruit, retain, manage, and build a productive team of off-roll employees.
- Maintain portfolio delinquency in line with the product segment.
- Handle customer escalations and complaints.
- Monitor and measure key conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.
- Effectively engage with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.
