1. JOB PURPOSE



1. Monitor & Expand Access in terms of Industry coverage & Geo Coverage.

2. Collate & disseminate Network health report periodically.

3. Continous improvement of processes in Dealer appointment , review & termination. 4. Implement processes to identify the 'weak' dealers & facilitate HO reviews for these dealers.L2

5. Implement relevant CI standards at touch points.

- Understanding of Processes: Appointment . Termination.Replacement. Dealer Agreement . DA Renewal

-  Understanding of BAL product offerings and relative market standing

-  P&L : Key elements of dealership operations -  Key elements in success of a dealership - in IBU

-Key triggers for BAL CV business [& key challanges]

6. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




• Coordinate with field , collate tehsilwise industry & suggest network plan.

• Coordinate with LOI holders & vendors for timely completion of Primary network plan.

• Release periodic reports of "Network plan vs actual " to Regions- location wise & coverage wise. 
• Identify 'Best Fit' of Network element for a location thru' indicative profitability tool.

•  Identify Focus states in the country & draw up focus dealers for HO review .

• Create , implement & maintain the record of reviews.

• Collate & Disseminate the periodic management reports- Ability Scorecards & Own Fund Deployment % - with exception summary.

• Maintain dynamic repository of Primary & secondary network.
