Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta ads Specialist located in Surat. The Meta ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. This role requires developing ad strategies, analyzing performance metrics, conducting A/B testing, and managing ad budgets. The specialist will collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad content and ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in creating and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of ad strategy development and performance analysis
  • Skills in conducting A/B testing and optimizing ad performance
  • Proficiency in managing ad budgets and allocation of resources
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat and maintain a full-time schedule
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing agency is considered beneficial
