Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant who is proficient in Tally ERP to manage our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP software
  • Maintain general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for financial matters

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Accountant
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and taxation
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and other financial tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Tally or related financial software
  • Experience in handling payroll and statutory compliances
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
