Roles and Responsibilities:
- Tender Search and Identification
 - Identify and track new tenders through government, private portals, and online platforms.
 - Evaluate tender notices, eligibility criteria, and deadlines.
 - Tender Documentation
 - Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents according to the client's requirements.
 - Coordinate with different departments (Accounts, Technical, Legal, etc.) to collect necessary information.
 - Ensure accuracy and completeness of all required forms and supporting documents.
 - Tender Submission
 - Handle both online and offline tender submissions within deadlines.
 - Upload required documents on e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, State Tender sites).
 - Maintain confidentiality of bid information and pricing.
 - Tender Evaluation and Follow-Up
 - Track tender status and respond to clarifications or queries from clients.
 - Follow up on submitted tenders and maintain records of tender outcomes.
 - Prepare reports on tender performance, success rate, and feedback for management.
 - Vendor Registration and Documentation Management
 - Maintain vendor registrations with government and private organizations.
 - Keep updated records of company certificates, licenses, and financial documents.
 - Coordination and Communication
 - Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
 - Support the sales and business development team in pricing strategies and proposal writing.
 - Compliance and Audit
 - Ensure all tenders meet statutory and organizational compliance requirements.
 Assist in audits related to tendering activities.
Experience Required:
- Experience: 2–5 years (varies by company) in tendering, bidding, or documentation.
 - Industry: Preferably in Construction, Transport, Government Projects, or Service sectors.
 - Skills Required:
 - Knowledge of e-tendering portals (GeM, eProcure, etc.)
 - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 - Strong communication and documentation skills
 - Attention to detail and time management
 - Understanding of commercial and technical terms
 
Salary: As per industry standards
