We are seeking an experienced and visionary Project & Engineering Leader to lead Projects & Engineering function, specifically for our OSD (Tablets/Capsules) operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, overseeing all engineering and project management activities, managing teams, budgets, and projects, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

  • Should be experienced in handling OSD plant's engineering only.
  • Should be experienced in handling greenfield projects - start from planning to Plant execution, Installation includes equipments, machineries, utilities such as HVAC, Chiller, Boiler, water system, cooling tower, compressor and maintenance.
  • Should be well verse in GMP aligned with engineering compliance.
  • SOPs formulation, implementation and Prepare URS, DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ.
  • Preventive maintenance & breakdown, handling incident investigation and change control.
  • Should be updated himself on the plant's regulatory standard meet with - GMP, MHRA, EUGMP, USFDA regulations etc.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
  • Should have a leadership quality to handle project/plants and engineering team.
  • Willing to relocate.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
  • 12-20 years of experience in the OSD plant. Mandatory
  • Should have good communication - English, Kannada & Hindi.
