Job Description Role and Responsibilities

• To carry out the reactor batches as per the instruction given by Production head or QC head.
• To coordinate with the Meter Operator for the dissolved sodium silicate availability.
• Also to ensure the availability of other raw materials and utilities before starting the batch.
• Maintain all the parameters of the reactor batches as per given specification.
• Take care of the PLC control system while operating.
• If calibrations are not found as per requirements inform the instrument shift engineer.
• Maintain all the related record of the reactor operation.
• Give the sample to the QC lab for the testing of the Lot carried out.
  N/C batch to be kept separate.
• Contact with the filter press operator for the further processing of the batch.
• Ensure the preventive maintenance program of the electrical, instrument and maintenance are carried out as per schedule.
• If any breakdown happens, inform the shift engineer.
• Keep the working area neat and clean.
• Ensure the PPE usage while handling.
